Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while larger furniture pieces may require 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are Luminara® products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our logistics portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Luminara® ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
